can you put hardwood laminante or tile on the floors? Can a block basement be finished for under 6,000. What is the best way to easily rid of those fake wall paper walls…its so hard to paint over
well how do I know that difference,lol I thought manufactured modular was just a bigger trailel,lol
Just what are you asking? A “manufactured” home in your instance, would be a stick framed or panel-ized house built in a factory under climate controlled conditions. A “basement” foundation for $6k sounds awfully cheap. Steam should remove the “fake” wall paper.
